The 94 Year Old Cycler

On the busy streets of Sunset Road, we saw him—an old man, 94 years of age, pedaling slowly on a bike that was barely holding together.

No gears. No proper brakes. Just rusted metal, worn tires, and the willpower of someone who refuses to give up.

With nothing but that broken bike and a small bag, he cycles every day trying to earn a little money—enough for a meal, maybe enough to get by.

We stopped and spoke with him. His eyes were tired, but kind. Behind them was a story of survival, quiet strength, and a heart that still believes in trying.

We blessed him with some money—hoping it could help him buy food, or maybe even fix that bike.
It wasn’t much.
But we pray it was enough to remind him:
He is seen.
He is not alone.

And even on broken wheels, he still moves forward—with the courage of a man who refuses to stop.
