Everyone deserves a home. A house isn't just a roof. It's where a family comes together, where kids have room to dream. We are on a mission to make sure everyone has that basic right.
We don't start with projects. We start with families. We sit with a household, find the one basic right that's broken and fix it at the root. Often that's housing, sometimes school, healthcare, food or income.
We go where rights fail
KGM began with one uncomfortable fact. The right to a safe home is quietly failing for the families the system overlooks. So we went and got to work. We name what left a family without a safe home, and we use every lever we have (building, materials, hands-on work) to fix it.
A safe home is where the family leads again, where they can finally dream past just getting through the day. The scope today: North Bali, Indonesia. We have seen a lot of unsafe homes in this area, and staying in one region means we check every project ourselves.
The same island. Two different realities.
Most people picture the villas down south. Up north, far more families live without a stable home. Around 38% of households in the north live below the poverty line, against roughly 9% in the south.

Our team comes from all over the world. What we share is one mission: making sure every person on this island gets the rights they deserve.

What is Kingdom Global Mission?+
We're a youth-led organization registered in Rotterdam. We work with families in North Bali who are missing something they're already owed: a safe home, clean water, school, healthcare, food, an income, a working toilet. We call those the seven basic rights. Right now we build houses.
How are you different from a traditional NGO?+
Most charities show you suffering and ask you to feel bad enough to give. We tell each family's story as a story, with the family as the main character and a better ending. We fix the thing that was actually broken instead of handing out a one-off gift. And we say out loud why the family was failed in the first place.
Are you a religious organization? Do I have to be Christian to support you?+
Our team's motivation is Christian, and the name comes from that. The work is practical: a house gets built, a family stays in it. We help families based on what's missing, not on what they believe. You don't have to share our faith to support us.
Where does the name come from?+
The Kingdom in our name refers to God's Kingdom. We believe in Jesus Christ and our faith guides us on this journey. That's where our motivation comes from, and it's why a lion stands in our logo.
Do you only work in Bali?+
Right now, yes, in North Bali. We started there because the gap is easy to see: around 38% of households live below the poverty line, against roughly 9% in the south. Staying in one area means we can check every project ourselves. The model works anywhere the same problems show up, so we may go further later, with the right local partner, the team and the funding to do it properly.
